GoldenGrid is a UX/UI and digital product agency based in Warsaw and Poznań, Poland. It is part of the GoldenSubmarine Group — an ecosystem of specialist brands within the same independent Polish advertising group.

## Process

GoldenGrid works in four phases:

- **Discover** — analytics, competitor analysis, audits, quantitative and qualitative research, eyetracking, pre-kickoff workshops
- **Define** — customer journey, user flow, project timeline
- **Design** — information architecture, LoFi/HiFi mockups, prototypes, usability testing, UI design
- **Deliver** — project implementation based on prepared materials
